Does the Office of Public Health offer the proficiency exam for the Certified Food Handler Program?

The Office of Public Health (OPH) no longer offers the proficiency exam as of June 2012. Once an individual completes an OPH approved course within the past five years, he/she must apply for reciprocity in order to receive an OPH certificate.
