1. Where can I have my CRN Evaluation completed and do the Alcohol Highway Safety School?

2. When can I schedule my CRN Evaluation?

You will receive a letter from the DUI Administration approximately 2-3 weeks after your preliminary hearing. The letter will ask you to call our office within 3 days of receiving the letter. DO THIS IMMEDIATELY. We can not schedule an appointment unless you receive our letter.

3. Can I complete my CRN Evaluation in another county or state?

No. All CRN evaluations must be completed in Montgomery County prior to transferring other conditions. If you are out of state, no other states perform the CRN evaluation. It is important to make sure the CRN Evaluation is completed prior to leaving the state or you will be asked to come back to PA and complete it.

4. Can I complete my AHSS on line?

No. Online classes are not approved in Montgomery County. All counties in Pennsylvania provide standardized classroom DUI curriculum. If you have questions about an out of state provider, please call our office.

5. Can I make payments on line?

6. Do we accept credit cards?

We only accept Credit Cards and e-Checks.

7. Do I have to complete my drug and alcohol assessment at Rise Above?

Yes, unless you don’t live in the surrounding counties.

8. Do I have to do a drug and alcohol assessment if I have already been involved in treatment after the DUI arrest?

If you have completed an inpatient program, you will not be asked to complete another assessment. If you are involved in treatment we will provide guidance on a case by case basis. The law requires a Drug and Alcohol Assessment to be performed by a State Certified Agency.
