Montgomery County was pleased to receive 426 project submissions to the Pandemic Recovery Fund. As a part of the decision-making process, each project was scored against our scoring rubric to indicate how well a project may align with community priorities in this process.
This is not a funding decision. Funding decisions for each project will be posted publicly on July 18, 2022.
Below, each eligible project is listed with its numerical score out of 100, as well as its percentile rank. Please note a high score on this report does not necessarily mean the project will be funded.
The Recovery Office and County Management are now in the process of reviewing projects by their score and selecting projects for inclusion in the Draft Recovery Plan. Scores are one component of the funding process, but a project’s score doesn’t immediately qualify or disqualify a project from funding. The Recovery Office and County Management review is conducted to ensure that overall, the Draft Recovery Plan includes a diversity among funded projects by geographic location, population served, and project scale and size of the organization completing the project, as well as the availability of other funding and the potential for transformative, one-time impact.
