COVID-19 Vaccine

The Montgomery County Office of Public Health is now scheduling vaccine appointments for 

Boosters for anyone aged 5 years old and up with the newly recommended bivalent vaccines.

  • Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 vaccine for those aged 5-11 is available.
  • Pfizer & Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 vaccines for those aged 12 and older are available

Primary series for anyone aged 6 months and older

  • For those aged 6 months through 4 years, the monovalent Moderna and Pfizer vaccine is available. 
  • For those aged 5 years and older the monovalent Pfizer vaccine is available.
  • For those aged 18 and older the monovalent Moderna and Pfizer vaccine is available.

Please note: You must schedule your and/or your family’s appointments under the appropriate vaccine and age group. We reserve the right to cancel appointments scheduled under the incorrect age group as a result of limited appointment availability. 

3rd dose-booster

Clients attending a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for a 2nd dose, 3rd dose, or a booster dose must bring their CDC vaccination card or a picture of their card on their phone to their appointment.
