COVID-19 Vaccine

On January 30, 2023, President Biden announced that the federal government’s COVID Public Health Emergency declaration will end on May 11, 2023. Click here for more information on how this affects access to the COVID-19 vaccine.

Primary series with the recommended monovalent or bivalent vaccines.

  • Pfizer monovalent COVID-19 vaccines are available for those aged 6 months and older.
  • Pfizer monovalent COVID-19 vaccine is available for those aged 6 months through 4 years for the 1st and 2nd dose of the primary series.

3rd dose-booster

Clients attending a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for a 2nd dose, 3rd dose, or a booster dose must bring their CDC vaccination card or a picture of their card on their phone to their appointment. If you lost your card, email covid19@montgomerycountypa.gov for directions on how to obtain a duplicate card or check our FAQs.
